When is the payment processed?
When you place your order with OinkArtLtd.com, you will pay during checkout using your credit card, debit card or PayPal account. All payments are processed through PayPal to ensure customer safety. When you check out, if you intend on paying with credit card or debit card, simply click on the “Pay with Credit Card or Debit Card” option when you reach the PayPal payment terminal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to order with OinkArtLtd.com .
As all payments are processed through PayPal when you order from OinkArtLtd.com , the OinkArt Team never sees your payment information. You can order with complete confidence of your safety and know that with OinkArt’s 15+ years in the industry, you are safe with your order and we will do whatever it takes make sure you are well taken care of, just as you would do for us.

Is shipping and product payment processed at the same time?
When you place your order from OinkArtLtd.com, your payment will be processed at the time you place the order. Your order will then be processed by the OinkArt team and will be shipped by OinkArt or one of our drop shipping partners within 72 hours. The majority of orders are now processed from our Canada warehouse. As we only process website orders from USA based customers, that means that orders that will generally need to cross the Canada-USA border prior to delivery to you. This means that orders can take 10-20 days total from time they are ship to being at your doorstep. Please anticipate roughly 2-3 weeks from time of order to time of delivery. While we on the OinkArt Team do wish it could be 5 days or less as it was from our USA warehouse, in order to provide you the absolute best deal possible on product, shipping from our Canada warehouse is the best solution. How much do I need to order for free shipping?
All OinkArtLtd.com orders enjoy $10 flat rate shipping. Order 1 bottle of the New Oink Ink or 1,000 cans, there is no increase in shipping cost and you will enjoy the lowest price anywhere on the quality products we carry. We will not be beat on price or service by any competitor or walk in retail store.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
All OinkArt orders are shipped via UPS. Therefore we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Can you deliver a pallet?
OinkArt can help with wholesale orders, in many cases connecting you directly with our suppliers. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss, and please detail what you are looking for in deepest detail.
Why is my package late and what should I do?
If your package has not arrived in 3 weeks, please email email@example.com with your order number and the first and last name on the order. That being said, within a week you should receive your UPS tracking # sent to the email address on the order.
What do I do if my shipping address was wrong?
If you realize after you receive your tracking information or at any time after you placed your order that the shipping address you provided was incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with order #, first and last name on order, and explain the situation including the proper shipping address in detail. If the order has not been shipped, we will try to reroute it to the appropriate shipping address. If the order has shipped, we will work with you to work with UPS to try to reroute to the proper shipping address. Worst case scenario, frequently the people at the address will be happy to give the package to the name it is addressed to or will refuse delivery and it will be sent back “Return to Sender”. Provided that occurs, once it is returned to our shipping warehouse, we will be happy to reship it to you, although in that case we will need you to cover the full shipping cost, or we can refund you the product cost only.
What do I do if an item has been damaged?
If you receive your order and it appears that product was damaged or is missing, please make sure to keep the box and all the product as close to how it looked when you received it. Please take a photo of the product and the box it came in, and please make sure to detail what is there and what is missing. Please email these photos and any and all relevant information to email@example.com and include your order # plus the first and last name on the order. The OinkArt Team takes photos of all orders before they ship out. We will work with you to make right any mistakes on our part.
Do you do exchanges?
OinkArtLtd.com does not offer exchanges. At times, there may be product substitutes when an item you purchase sells out from the time you order to the time we ship out. If you would prefer a substitute instead of a refund if one must happen, please write “NO SUBSTITUTES, REFUND INSTEAD” in the “Comments” box during checkout and we will try our best to honor your request.
Is there a minimum order?
If you can order it on the website, we will ship it! There are no minimum order requirements short of certain products being offered in set packages to increase your enjoyment of our high quality product and further bring the price down.
When do you restock your colors?
OinkArt restocks all products on a regular basis, strives to have the website reflect exact inventory in our warehouse(s) and we work very hard to reduce or eliminate the possibility of product substitutes ever occurring.
Can you substitute colors in 36 color packs and marker packs?
Sorry, we cannot offer substitutes/swap out selections in our preset packages.
Is it safe to ship spray paint?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to ship spray paint. The OinkArt warehouse shipping team have 15+ years of experience shipping spray paint and will make sure your package gets to you in perfect condition the same as if you had purchased it in a local store, while saving you a ton on the cost.
Can I get other brands of spray paint in 36 packs?
Please see the Spray Paint section of the website for our current selection of top brands at the best prices you will find those product lines anywhere. You will not find a cheaper retail price online or in store for the products we sell.
Do you guys give discounts for large shipment orders?
Yes, we provide discounts for large shipment orders. Please see our website for our large volume packages, or email us if you need a quantity larger than what you see online.
How much do I need to order to get a price break?
There is no maximum size order. Large orders are filled right away from existing inventory the same as smaller orders. OinkArtLtd.com is grateful for the opportunity to earn your bulk business
What's the largest order I can place?
We have sales and discounts running every week, and strive to have the lowest price point regardless of special discounts. Our stance is, for over 15 years, specialty art supply products are too expensive and too hard to get. OinkArt strives to have the best price and best service and to be your one stop shop for all your supply needs.
Do you guys ever run promotions and discounts?

There is no minimum purchase to get a discount. Please review our crazy discounted entry level price points (compare the same product on other websites or in store, you will find we are a major discount) and our even deeper marked down discount packages.
