PAYMENT POLICIES
We are happy to accept PayPal and credit cards through the site.
Any order with a Shipping and Billing address that do not match will be refunded.
Money Order Instructions:
We NO LONGER accept money order payments due to a number of customers abusing this privilege. We will accept concealed cash payments, but only if they are sent with USPS PRIORITY MAIL with delivery confirmation.
To send cash payment, shop on our site as if you were ordering normally. Add all of your items to the shopping cart. Begin the checkout process and continue until you are given a total INCLUDING shipping cost. This total is the amount to send with cash payment. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.

We DO NOT ship aerosols outside of the US, and we do not ship out orders of less than 6 cans.
If you do not include the PROPER shipping cost ("Standard" for US clients, "Canada/Mexico" for our neighboring customers or "International" for our world-wide friends) we will contact you to either reduce items from the order to cover the shipping cost or pay another way to cover the shipping cost.
SHIPPING POLICY
OinkArtLtd.com strives to ship out all orders in 24 hours or less.
Thanks to this policy we can confidently say that if you are in the continental United States, you can expect to receive your package within a week or less.
If you are in HI, AK, PR, GU, Mexico or Canada, you should expect to receive your package in about 2 weeks (no spray paint) or about 20-45 days (ordering spray paint).
World-wide customers can expect to receive your package in 2-3 weeks.
All orders containing spray paint (USA Customers Only, 6 can minimum) will be shipped out via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post.
All orders containing spray paint that are within the continental US, your order will ship out via UPS Ground and should arrive in a week or less;
if in HI, AK, PR, or GU your package will ship out via USPS Parcel Post and will arrive in 20-45 days.
If your order does not contain spray paint, it will ship out via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within a week for customers within the continental US, within 2 weeks if you're in AK, HI, GU, or PR, or within 2-3 weeks for our valued world-wide customers.
Please remember, if you order less than 6 cans of spray paint the value of the cans will be refunded.
If you are located outside of the USA, the value of the cans will be refunded.
